## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定游戏研发全流程AI化改造的整体战略规划和发展路线图，明确AI提效的重点方向、阶段目标与落地路径；
- 深入调研策划、美术、程序、QA等各研发环节的业务痛点，识别AI技术的高价值应用场景，推动AI能力在研发管线中的规模化落地；
- 主导搭建中小型公司级AI研发管线基础设施，整合大模型、AIGC（文生图、文生3D、动作生成、语音合成等）、Agent等能力，构建统一的AI工具平台和服务底座；
- 负责AI工作流（Workflow）的设计与建设，将AI能力深度嵌入美术资产生产、关卡设计、剧情编写、代码生成、自动化测试等核心管线，显著提升研发效能。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、游戏开发或相关专业优先； 2.2-5年以上游戏行业从业经验，其中2年以上游戏研发工具/管线/引擎或AI工程化相关经验，有完整的管线建设或研发提效项目落地经历； 3.深入理解游戏研发全流程，熟悉策划、美术、程序等至少一个核心环节的工作流与痛点，能够精准识别AI的应用切入点； 4.优秀的跨部门沟通与推动能力，能够协调策划、美术、程序等多方资源，推动AI改造方案在业务团队中顺利落地； 5.具备数据驱动思维，能够通过量化指标评估AI化改造的实际收益，并基于数据反馈持续优化方案。
