## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入参与语音大模型的构建，搭建具有通用性和可拓展性的语音端到端大模型评测框架（对话、NLP、TTS、ASR等方向），深度配合算法、产品进行自研探索和业务落地；
- 结合行业趋势及业务应用场景，迭代更新评测标准、构建评测题库，负责语音大模型效果评测，定期反馈评估结果，产出评估报告，确保大模型评估结果置信；
- 通过PE、代码、Workflow、Agent完成数据预处理、分析和清洗，按照训练需求进行标注、分析和验证调优，提升模型效果；
- 与产品算法团队协同，积极探索自动化模型评估、数据合成等方法，提高评测效率。 Requirements 1.计算语言学、语言学、语音学、语用学、汉语言文学、翻译、小语种等相关专业，硕士或者博士学历优先； 2.1年以上语音数据相关工作经验，熟悉语音交互场景，中文基础扎实、语感良好、情绪感知力强、对语音敏感； 3.有深度学习经验，了解大模型原理或评测方案者优先； 4.具备出色的PE能力和一定的代码能力，能够独立设计Prompt策略形成工作流，提高数据生产的质量和效率，有Agent搭建经验优先； 5.具备良好的数据分析和沟通能力，思维活跃、有探索精神、耐心细致。
