## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏服务器后台的功能设计和开发工作，保障版本平稳上线；
- 及时响应并解决外网环境中的各类技术问题，保障游戏服务的稳定性与流畅性；
- 对服务器端相关模块的承载、稳定性、安全性、效能和质量负责；
- 建立完善的监控和分析系统，保证业务高质量运行，并及时响应各种突发事件。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业 ，5年以上游戏服务器研发经验，精通C/C++，基础扎实；
- 有良好的工程开发能力和多线程网络编程经验；
- 具备优秀的学习能力，善于沟通协作，责任心强，踏实肯干，有较强的自我管理和推动能力。
