## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责模拟经营等方向的产品策划工作，包括玩法设计、数值框架搭建及核心系统规划；
- 深入分析用户需求与行为特征，制定贴合目标群体的活跃和付费活动方案；
- 与美术、程序、运营团队紧密协作，完成从需求落地到版本迭代的全流程推进；
- 通过数据分析与用户反馈持续优化游戏体验，提升留存、付费等核心指标；
- 参与市场竞品调研，输出创新性的玩法创意并推动落地验证。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，有2年以上小游戏策划经验；
- 有完整小游戏项目经验（二合、模拟经营、换装等品类），有成功产品经验者优先；
- 逻辑能力强，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习的能力；
- 深入体验过多款游戏或小游戏，熟知头部产品的产品设计，对市场趋势有洞察；
- 有责任心，能承担压力，擅长跨团队协同。
