## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云国际市场渠道生态的拓展与增长，聚焦AI大模型（LLM）、生成式AI、AI算力、MaaS等赛道，完成所分配的渠道销售目标
- 与重点渠道伙伴对齐战略与销售目标，制定AI产品渠道增长方案，统筹伙伴赋能、培训认证、商机孵化、线索跟进及成交转化全链路工作，推动伙伴规模化开展AI产品销售业务
- 协同团队维护优质渠道生态，搭建常态化沟通机制，主导重点伙伴经营分析、季度复盘（QBR），针对AI产品渠道渗透、转化短板优化合作模式与运营策略
- 联动内部AI技术、产品、交付等资源，快速解决伙伴在AI方案落地、项目谈单、交付售后中的各类问题，持续优化渠道销售体系与平台能力，挖掘全球AI市场增量机会 Requirements 1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上国际云计算、ICT国际市场拓展经验，含2年以上AI大模型、生成式AI相关渠道开发、增长运营实战经验 2, 熟悉国际云与ICT渠道运作体系，深度理解LLM大模型、MaaS、AI应用等产品的商业化逻辑，具备AI产品渠道全链路转化实操经验及成功案例 3. 具备数据经营与市场洞察能力，可独立完成渠道经营数据分析，精准挖掘AI业务增长机会，输出可落地的渠道优化决策方案 4. 拥有优质ISV、AI科创企业等伙伴及客户资源，具备独立推进AI产品渠道铺货、商机转化的能力，可稳定完成伙伴侧AI销售业绩目标 5. 具备优秀的跨部门协同、商务沟通及抗压执行能力，可高效闭环渠道AI销售全流程工作 6. 持有主流云厂商认证、熟练使用Salesforce销售工具、中英双语流利者优先，可接受高频商务差旅
