## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责小游戏/休闲游戏场景下 AI Bot / AI 智能体的算法研发，并落地到真实对局；
- 基于大模型（LLM）、多模态与强化学习技术，研发通用游戏智能体架构，实现拟人化的陪玩机器人、对战对手与 NPC 行为，支持难度分级与风格多样化；
- 针对小游戏低延迟、端侧资源受限的特点，推进模型轻量化与低时延推理优化，并搭建对局数据合成、仿真环境及 Bot 能力评测体系；
- 与策划、客户端、引擎团队协作，完成 Bot 从方案设计到上线的全流程，并持续迭代优化。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能、自动化、应用数学、控制工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 精通 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，具备扎实的工程落地能力；
- 深入理解强化学习（PPO、DQN 等）或大模型推理 / 对齐技术，有实际训练与调优经验；
- 具备游戏 AI Bot / 智能体的算法设计与工程实现能力，熟悉 Bot 决策架构（行为树、GOAP、蒙特卡洛树搜索等），有游戏 Bot、AI 对战或陪玩机器人的开发经验；
- 熟悉 LLM / 多模态 Agent 技术栈者优先。
