## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏的用户沟通相关工作，通过对用户需求洞察及分析，制定对应沟通策略并为效果负责；
- 关注社区用户反馈，积极正向引导社区氛围，精准识别用户需求并对内提炼，促成玩家与官方的双向理解；
- 熟练应用多样化内容手段，包括但不限于视频、直播、线下会等等，建设玩家与官方之间的信任关系，提升用户满意度，反哺产品数据；
- 通过用户调研、访谈等不同形式了解用户需求并能够总结和提炼相关需求，帮助研发优化产品。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉主流社媒平台，有一线社区、用户运营经验、舆情管理经验者优先；
- 热爱游戏，对FPS品类有深度理解；
- 具备出色的文案写作能力、创意内容能力以及优秀的审美表达能力，有图文/视频内容制作、直播活动执行经验者优先；
- 善于沟通表达，合作至上，有极强的责任心和抗压能力。
