## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏特性开发，完成玩法/内容/活动等开发工作；
- 负责游戏后端体系的维护工作，确保游戏服务器的稳定性和安全性，及时发现并处理问题，持续优化用户体验；
- 参与团队的技术基础建设，持续优化架构、框架、组件、工具等基础设施。 Requirements
- 熟悉 Linux 下的 go 服务器开发，有良好的代码品味；
- 扎实的计算机基础，熟悉网络编程 / 操作系统 / 数据库 / 多线程等基础知识；
- 高度的责任心，良好的沟通能力，开放进取的心态和团队合作精神；
- 良好的分析解决问题能力，能快速定位解决外网问题；
- 熟悉 go/grpc/k8s/istio, 有分布式/微服务架构实践经验优先。
