## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信文档AI相关功能模块的设计与开发，包括agent工程、对外CLI开放等；
- 与产品经理、算法团队紧密协作，将AI技术落地到文档协作业务场景中，提升用户体验和效率；
- 参与后台系统架构设计，优化AI相关服务性能，确保高并发、低延时；
- 维护系统服务性能，确保系统的可维护性和稳定性。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上后台开发经验，有AI应用开发经验优先；
- 熟练掌握C++/Go等至少一种后端开发语言，熟悉常用数据结构和算法；
- 熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构，有高并发、大规模服务开发经验；
- 具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉网络协议、数据库及缓存技术；
- 良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能独立分析和解决复杂技术问题；
- 优秀的沟通协作能力，能跨团队高效推动项目进展。
