## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目中 AI Bot的行为设计、配置调优与体验落地，保障其在战斗、探索、协作等场景中的表现符合玩法目标；
- 建立 AI 表现的验收标准，围绕强度、拟人性、压迫感、行为合理性、对局收益影响等维度进行评估与持续优化；
- 与战斗、关卡、怪物、数值、程序、动画等模块紧密协作，评估各系统调整对 AI 表现的影响，并推动相关问题解决；
- 持续进行实机体验、数据观察与问题归因，针对 AI 过强、过弱、呆板、作弊感、收益异常等问题制定优化方案并推动落地。 Requirements
- 具备良好的战斗与关卡理解能力，能够判断空间结构、怪物机制、玩家能力、资源分布等因素对 AI 表现的影响；
- 对 AI 表现有较强判断力，能够从强度、拟人性、可读性、公平感、压迫感和对局收益等角度进行分析与调优；
- 具备优秀的跨模块沟通和问题推进能力，能将实机体验问题转化为清晰的设计需求、配置方案和验收标准。
