## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云AI Infra平台的测试工作，包括但不限于产品功能、性能、稳定性、高可用、环境建设等；
- 负责分析产品需求与业务架构，设计可复用的测试方法和完善的测试用例；
- 负责产品的研效建设，包括但不限于流水线、自动化门禁、测试工具等开发工作；
- 积极探索并引入测试新技术与方法，如智能化测试、AI 测试提效与工作流建设，提升测试效率与产品质量。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上的云平台测试或研发经验，有AI训练/推理平台的测试或研发背景者优先；
- 对AI相关技术和落地有热情，理解机器学习/深度学习/AI的基本原理、训练、评测方法和推理机制，有相关背景和落地方案者优先；
- 具备AI辅助测试流程的建设能力，有实际MCP/Skill/Agent开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉Linux系统，熟练使用一种或多种脚本/编程语言（Python、Shell优先），具备自动化测试框架或测试工具开发能力；
- 熟悉分布式系统与容器编排原理，理解微服务架构，具备较强的环境问题定位和维护能力；
- 认同云计算的机遇与挑战，具备较强的抗压能力和责任心，能在高强度节奏下保持工作热情。
