## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建设内容中台 1）参与设计内容中台及相关产品能力，梳理内容从引入到消费的完整链路； 2）建立小说、剧集、版权方、版权期限、授权范围、素材、标签、分发渠道等基础体系； 3）与产品、研发团队协作，持续提升内容接入、管理和运营效率。
- 搭建版权管理体系 1）建立短剧/小说版权管理机制，管理版权信息、授权范围、授权期限及相关材料； 2）推动版权信息结构化、线上化，降低版权错配、过期使用、重复引入等风险； 3）协同法务、商务及合作方处理版权相关问题。
- 小说创作者运营 1）为公众号小说业务引入更多作者，保持紧密联系； 2）帮助平台发现潜力作者与内容题材并且形成激励计划； 3）联动小说版权与短剧改编。 Requirements 1.2年以上产品经验，有内容行业尤其是小说领域经验； 2.有过完整内容基建策划运营能力； 3.有较强的协调和沟通能力；
