## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 规划并优化现有的AI游戏开发工具流程；
- 策划、记录并整合创意Demo，用于展示整个团队完成的任务成果；
- 收集用户反馈和需求，分析使用场景，为产品方向提供洞察；
- 探索AI游戏开发工具在未来更多的可能性，以及研究竞品和行业趋势；
- 主导头脑风暴，探索新功能、解决设计挑战，并明确产品优化方向。 Requirements
- 熟练使用大语言模型相关技术与工具，具备为游戏创作设计高效Prompt和AI工作流的经验；
- 有AI辅助游戏开发经验（如Vibe Coding），并理解如何利用AI加速创作流程；
- 理解Agentic AI系统，并具备将AI能力整合进游戏创作管线的方案设计经验；
- 有使用专业游戏引擎及UGC平台进行游戏开发的经验，理解游戏系统、工作流程与制作管线；
- 具备创造性与系统化思维能力，能够产出创新的游戏概念，并将设计愿景转化为可落地的实现方案。
