## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定并维护项目多语种风格指南与术语库，明确叙事调性、角色语气、内容分级尺度与幽默边界，让中台及供应商有可执行的判据；
- 对发行中台与外部供应商的多语种交付做质量验收，判定阻塞级与可放行问题，推动返工并给出上线后的修补方案；
- 承担主线叙事、关键角色台词与商业化文本的英文审改，交付到可上线水准；
- 并行推进 5 个以上语种与多家供应商的本地化排期、交付与上线保障，管控节点风险；
- 建立并迭代 LQA 评分标准、缺陷分级、提单规范与回归策略，将质量判断沉淀为规则与工具；
- 识别中文梗、无上下文、变量占位混乱等不可翻译写法，向IP策划提出可执行的源文本改写规则并推动落地。 Requirements 1.

### 本科及以上学历，英语达到可审校改稿水准

能判断英文交付质量、亲手改稿至可上线，并能用英语与母语审校、海外合作方对等讨论译法。需通过英文改稿实操评估； 2.3 年以上游戏本地化经验，完整跟过至少一款游戏的多语种本地化，熟悉游戏文本流、术语体系、变量与字符串、外版同步上线节奏； 3.具备 5 个以上语种、多家供应商并行的实操经验，能独立排节点、控交付、兜上线； 4.熟悉 CAT/TMS 工具链与质量体系，具备翻译记忆库、术语库与 LQA 流程的落地能力； 5.

### 具备跨团队推动能力

能向策划、中台、供应商三类对象讲清专业判断并推动其改变工作方式。
