## Job description

### 海外商机拓展
- 负责腾讯云海外重点区域的商机线索挖掘与拓展，持续为销售团队输送高价值商机；

### 商机清洗与筛选
- 对海量线索进行分层、清洗、评级与孵化，评估高质量商机，提升销售转化率；

### 获客素材制作
- 能独立完成海外获客所需的营销素材的策划与制作，将腾讯云 IaaS/PaaS/SaaS 各产品亮点提炼包装为面向海外客户的卖点；

### 数据分析与优化
- 搭建并监控商机漏斗关键指标（MQL、SQL、转化率、CAC、ROI 等），基于数据持续复盘并优化运营策略。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 To B / SaaS / 公有云 领域商机运营 / Demand Generation / MQL 运营 相关经验；
- 数据敏感度高，熟悉商机漏斗指标体系，能够独立进行数据分析并输出可执行的运营策略；
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力（可作为工作语言，无障碍撰写英文营销素材、与海外团队沟通）；
- 快速学习能力强，能够短时间内理解公有云产品（计算、存储、网络、数据库、AI、音视频等）的技术亮点，并转化为面向客户的商业卖点；
- 独立的获客素材制作能力（文案 + 基础设计 / 视频 / 落地页搭建等至少 2 项）。
