## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对平台积累的数据进行整理、建模与分析，挖掘基于分析结果的新策略；
- 量化监控线上策略，通过数据表象挖掘逻辑内涵，达成在不同细分条件下策略的运营优化；
- 基于策略需求，结合大数据资源，逐步建设外汇平台自身的数据系统，并对数据质量负责；
- 理解业务需求，为业务建立客户的外汇画像，并为业务提供相关运营的量化系统支持。 Requirements
- 有在银行或者其他金融机构从事量化分析或量化开发的经验；
- 熟悉金融市场，对金融市场有敏锐的洞察力；
- 熟悉经典统计分析的方法，具有出色的数据分析能力及相关代码能力，能够在AI的协助下独立完成数据分析全流程；
- 具有出色的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰，善于提炼和总结；
- 具备出色的沟通和表达能力，能够与团队成员有效沟通，协同工作；
- 责任心强，有激情，有强烈的好奇心；
- 能够承受一定的工作压力。
