## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微恐轻度搜撤项目的战斗方向建设，搭建完整的战斗体验框架、设计标准与量产规范；
- 主导核心战斗体验设计，包括武器手感、怪物对抗、技能机制、战斗节奏、压力曲线、团队协作与风险收益结构；
- 结合项目微恐世界观背景，推动战斗在操作反馈、怪物表现、音效氛围、受击反馈和异常事件中的统一表达；
- 负责战斗内容从概念设计、原型验证、参数调优、手感打磨到最终落地的完整流程，确保战斗体验易上手、有深度、有记忆点；
- 与关卡、怪物、美术、动作、音频、程序、测试等团队协作，推动战斗相关需求高质量落地；
- 建立战斗评审机制与设计规范，并结合版本验证、玩家测试和线上反馈持续调优战斗体验；
- 指导战斗策划团队，提升战斗设计质量、内容产能和版本交付稳定性。 Requirements
- 具备 5 年以上游戏战斗策划经验，有完整负责中大型项目战斗体系或战斗团队的经历；
- 熟悉微恐搜撤、PVE、PVEVP、ARPG、搜打撤等玩法类型，对战斗节奏、操作反馈和风险收益有成熟理解；
- 能独立构建战斗设计方法论，有全面的战斗语序构架能力，能系统性的通过角色、武器、怪物、技能、数值等模块塑造玩家体验；
- 熟悉 UE 编辑器及常见战斗实现流程，能与程序高效协作完成战斗原型验证、手感调优和机制落地；
- 对大盘用户、泛用户和轻度玩家有一定理解，能在理解、操作门槛、战斗深度、微恐压力和爽感反馈之间取得平衡；
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力和审美判断，能推动动作、美术、音频、怪物、关卡、程序等团队共同完成战斗体验；
- 需提供战斗相关作品集或项目案例，能体现战斗体系设计、手感打磨、敌人设计、数值调优或团队管理能力。
