## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责搜索广告前沿技术探索，基于 LLM 重塑引擎链路，持续提升用户意图理解，以及精准的需求匹配；
- 生成式召排，打破 MCA 级联链路范式，往端到端推荐链路演进；
- 相关性模型，通过大模型持续预训练、强化微调及多模态理解技术，提升搜索词与广告的匹配精度，优化用户搜索体验；
- 深度语义理解排序，传统人工语义特征，升级到大模型理解的 token 范式；
- 积极跟进AI学术界和业界的最新动态，优化内部技术方案，不断推进广告算法设计升级。 Requirements

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业背景，具备扎实的理论基础；

### 工作经验
- 拥有 3-5 年大模型算法研究或实际落地经验，熟悉大模型训练、调优及应用全流程，有相关项目实战经历者优先；

### 代码能力
- 熟练掌握Python和C++编程语言，具备优秀的编程功底、代码规范意识及问题排查能力；

### 综合素养
- 具备极强的自主学习能力、创新思维与团队协作精神，能快速适应技术迭代节奏，可承受一定的工作压力，高效推进项目落地。
