## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与产品、运营、技术等跨职能团队紧密协作，开展休闲益智游戏全生命周期的数据分析与挖掘工作；
- 主导或参与TAB实验中台的AB实验设计、指标体系搭建及效果评估，确保实验结论的科学性与业务可解释性；
- 针对游戏关卡难度调优、运营活动效果分析等特殊场景，运用因果推断方法（如DID、PSM、Uplift Model等）解决复杂归因问题；
- 持续跟踪实验数据质量与业务反馈，优化实验流程与分析框架，提升实验迭代效率；
- 将分析洞察转化为可落地的业务建议，推动游戏体验优化与核心指标提升。 Requirements
- 统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实掌握假设检验、回归分析、贝叶斯方法等统计理论；
- 熟练使用Python/R/SQL至少一门编程语言，具备大规模数据处理与建模能力（如pandas、sklearn、PySpark等工具）；
- 熟悉AB实验原理与因果推断方法论，有游戏行业或互联网产品实验设计实操经验者优先；
- 具备大型项目开发经验或知名休闲游戏（如消除类、益智解谜类）调优项目经历者优先；
- 自驱力强，能主动发现问题并推动解决；责任心突出，善于跨团队沟通协作；
- 英语口语流利（CET-6及以上），有外企/海外留学或国际项目合作经验者更佳。
