## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责设计并绘制平面类游戏宣传资源，包括但不限于主KV、宣发海报、插图、三渲二修图等；
- 负责把关游戏插图、海报宣传图等的绘制质量；
- 负责跟进宣传向资产的品质，包括但不限于CG动画、宣传高模、角色静帧宣传等；
- 关注行业动态，协助项目持续提升宣传图品质，并且能够进行多风格探索。 Requirements
- 热爱ACG文化，有对于美宣的创作热情，了解二次元文化当下流行趋势；
- 熟练掌握Photoshop，sai，Paint等绘图平面软件，能适应多种画风，有一定的设计能力；
- 对于美术有较高的审美，具备较强的学习能力，擅长快速学习使用美术相关软件能力；
- 有较好的协调沟通及表达能力，有推进及解决问题的意识和能力，责任心强能承受一定压力。
