## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于产品版本节奏与核心营销节点，独立策划并统筹内外部团队落地全品类宣发事件，覆盖创意素材制作、大型 Campaign 策划、用户阵地搭建运营、KOL / 达人深度合作、跨界联动等全模块，对内容质量、传播效果、用户口碑及拉新转化效率全链路负责；
- 深度洞察 FPS 射击品类市场、用户需求与行业趋势，联动产品、运营、市场等多部门，对齐产品核心卖点与版本规划，输出差异化宣发打法，打造产品专属品牌心智，助力长线用户增长与留存稳健提升；
- 通过数据复盘迭代宣发策略，沉淀可复用的宣发方法论，引领团队完成宣发目标，推动宣发体系化、规模化建设。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5 年及以上游戏行业宣发运营相关工作经验，有完整的新品全链路宣发操盘经验，有FPS/射击品类项目经验者优先；
- 具备顶级审美、文字功底与创意策划能力，能独立输出高传播度的宣发创意与Campaign方案，有成功打造爆款宣发案例者优先；
- 具备极强的统筹规划能力、跨部门协同能力与项目推动能力，能独立统筹多线程、高强度的宣发项目，抗压能力与责任意识突出；
- 拥有丰富的平台合作、KOL 资源及跨界联动资源者优先。
