## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 设计制作高质量3D角色模型（从写实到风格化），确保模型结构、比例、材质符合项目美术标准；
- 负责角色资产在 UE中的材质调试、贴图优化及最终效果验收；
- 参与快速原型开发，配合团队高效迭代角色设计，适应敏捷工作流程；
- 优化角色制作管线，运用 AI工具加速工作流程推进；
- 必要时参与基础的 角色绑定（Rigging），确保模型适配动画需求。 Requirements 1.5年以上3D角色制作经验，熟练使用建模雕刻、贴图材质、引擎整合、AI工具； 2.熟悉从偏写实，略带风格化的角色开发能力； 3.参与敏捷式原型开发流程，配合艺术与技术团队快速迭代设计，在紧凑周期内输出接近可用的角色模型。
