## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制作项目需要的各种类型的3D模型及风格化贴图及材质库搭建；
- 与外包团队对接，指导和推进外包完成项目资源需求；
- 搭建场景类模型、道具，包含贴图和LOD，以及引擎内灯光渲染；
- 根据原画概念或参考，完成整体游戏场景的搭建；
- 跟进场景地编的落地，对引擎内的环境进行把控、调优。 Requirements
- 二年以上从业经历，美术/设计相关专业优先；
- 精通手绘贴图、具备风格化美术表现制作相关的知识积累、有硬表面建模经验。上述能力项具备越多越优先；
- 精通3dsMax、Maya、Zbrush、SubstancePainter等3D制作软件，有Unity使用经验优先；
- 良好的沟通协作能力，与场景团队紧密配合，推进场景制作进度；
- 对游戏品质有执着追求，对工作富有激情和责任感，能主动推动工作进度。
