## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责2D角色原画的整体设计方向把控与质量监督，确保角色设计符合项目风格与需求；
- 指导并带领原画团队完成角色设计工作，包括角色造型、服装、道具等细节设计；
- 与策划、3D美术、技术团队紧密协作，确保原画设计的可实现性与游戏整体风格的统一性；
- 参与项目需求评审，提供专业的美术建议，优化设计流程，提升团队工作效率；
- 定期进行团队成员的技能培训与指导，提升团队整体美术水平与创作能力。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业背景，5年以上2D角色原画设计经验，有团队管理或指导经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握角色设计的基础理论和绘画技巧，具备扎实的造型能力和色彩运用能力；
- 熟悉游戏美术制作流程，了解2D原画到3D建模的转化过程；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰表达设计思路并指导团队执行；
- 对游戏行业有热情，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够适应项目节奏和压力。
