## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏项目2D场景全流程设计工作，包括场景概念图、建筑结构、道具皮肤等核心内容创作，确保设计风格与欧卡项目整体调性高度统一；
- 打造具有叙事感和沉浸感的视觉场景，通过细节优化与层次设计提升玩家体验，输出符合工业化生产标准的优质原画资产；
- 深入理解欧卡风格设计语言，精准把控卡通渲染风格，在保持风格一致性的同时注入创新元素，增强场景的互动性与故事表达；
- 参与项目前期概念设计讨论，将产品需求转化为可视化设计方案，并协同模型、地编、特效等团队完成从概念到落地的完整闭环；
- 持续跟踪行业趋势，通过方法论沉淀推动团队整体设计效能提升。 Requirements
- 具备1-3年游戏2D场景设计经验，熟练掌握Photoshop、AI等主流设计软件，有Blender使用经验者更佳；
- 扎实的美术基础功底，擅长卡通风格造型设计，能独立完成从草图到成稿的全流程创作，具备优秀的手绘能力与色彩运用能力；
- 出色的设计执行能力，能准确理解策划需求并将抽象概念转化为具体的视觉方案，确保设计成果符合项目工业化生产要求；
- 优秀的跨部门协作能力，能与策划、技术等团队高效沟通，具备较强的责任心与抗压能力，能在紧迫时间节点内保证交付质量；
- 对游戏行业有热情，主动关注行业商业化领域设计趋势，持续精进专业技能。
