## Job description

### 安全风险收敛流程建设
- 结合业务实际风险，理解业务特性，制定收敛目标和roadmap，建立评估-收敛-评测落地方案，沉淀形成最佳实践；

### 安全风险收敛能力建设
- 参与安全架构设计实现，建设黑白盒例行扫描能力，联合业务开发风险止损和修复工具，有效收敛安全风险；

### 技术竞争力建设
- 打造定制化业务特性的安全解决方案和能力，横向比较有技术竞争力。 Requirements 1.3年以上安全防守团队经验，熟悉漏洞反入侵等数据安全防守场景； 2.有ai赋能安全的落地经验，引入ai提升安全防守的效率和质量，并持续关注行业技术发展、快速引入试错，不坐井观天； 3.工作作风正向，主动沟通和同步，对问题和分歧不回避、就事论事，不畏难、不内耗；
- 有跨团队沟通协作能力，以团队目标为己任，能端到端的推动事情解决、拿交付成果，不能只是环节正确。
