## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责硬表面角色相关资源制作、优化、及引擎合入等相关工作；
- 负责外包资源对接跟踪，较好把控外包品质及效率；
- 熟悉工业化造型，生物类，曲线类，工业产品类硬表面制作；
- 较好的验收引擎最终效果，以及日常版本缺陷修复；
- 与相关模块组进行良好的沟通协作，高效高质完成项目品质要求。 Requirements 1.3年以上工作经验，有较好的美术专业能力，精通角色次世代制作流程，有较好的造型及色彩把握能力，并有成熟的作品范例或项目经验； 2.能够较好的团队协作能力，积极主动有责任心，沟通顺畅，具备良好合作意识； 3.

### 精通3D美术内容制作工具，包括不限于

Maya、Zbrush、Substanc Painter等； 4.有熟练掌握UE引擎，有外包管理经验者，以及有写实类项目制作经验者优先。
