## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《光与夜之恋》手游系统和活动的策划与设计，包括功能玩法、交互流程及表格设计；
- 撰写详细系统需求文档，确保逻辑清晰、可执行性强，并与程序、美术团队高效协作落地；
- 参与游戏整体架构设计，优化现有系统体验，提升玩家沉浸感与长期留存；
- 通过数据分析与用户反馈，持续迭代系统功能，解决玩家痛点并挖掘潜在需求；
- 协调跨部门资源推进项目进度，把控开发节点并按时保质交付设计成果。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏系统策划经验，有成功上线手游项目案例优先；
- 熟悉乙游向/二次元向游戏类型，对乙游用户和社区环境有深度了解，对深度体验过《光与夜之恋》同类竞品；
- 具备扎实的文档撰写能力，能独立完成系统框架设计及细节规则描述；
- 逻辑思维缜密，擅长数值平衡与玩家成长体系搭建，对数据敏感度高；
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能主动推进跨团队协作并推动问题解决。
