## Job description

### 架构与技术攻坚
- 负责服务端整体技术架构设计、演进与重大技术方案决策，保障系统高可用、高性能、可扩展；

### 团队管理与建设
- 负责团队人员招聘、任务分配、绩效评估、人才培养与梯队建设；

### 项目管理与交付
- 统筹研发计划，把控进度、质量与风险，保障核心业务需求按时高质量交付；

### 稳定性与安全保障
- 建立监控告警、容量评估、故障应急与复盘机制，对线上稳定性和数据安全负责；

### AI 技术融合推动
- 推动大模型/AI 能力（意图理解、Agent、RAG 等）在服务端的工程化落地，探索 AI 提效研发流程；

### 跨团队协作
- 与产品、算法、客户端、测试等团队高效协同，推动跨团队重大项目落地；

### 技术规划与汇报
- 制定团队中长期技术规划与选型策略，定期向上汇报进展与风险。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，相关工作经验5年以上，有5人以上团队的管理经验；
- 技术栈全面，精通Golang语言开发，精通各种架构设计模式，熟悉网络、数据库、存储、信息安全等技术；熟悉主流互联网公司典型产品的技术架构；
- 承担过大型分布式系统的总体设计、技术实施与项目管理，有即时通讯、电商、支付、搜索推荐架构经验者优先；
- 有较强的工作责任心和良好的沟通协调能力，能在压力下独立解决问题。有创业之心，用户第一，具备良好的自驱力；
- 能推动大模型能力落地（Agent、RAG、模型推理服务化），了解 AI Infra 方向，具备融合 AI 与传统服务端体系的技术判断力对新技术充满好奇心，具有良好的自驱力与学习能力。
