## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与内部资深技术专家紧密合作，共同攻克高难度技术挑战，参与行业前沿技术的探索与研究工作；
- 开发和优化游戏测试工具及流程，为不同品类游戏提供定制化的工具链和自动化解决方案；
- 提炼并推广通用的质量保障流程和工具方案，为腾讯生态内外的游戏厂商提供技术赋能；
- 深入理解游戏制作管线，通过技术手段优化流程效率，支持大世界等复杂场景的开发需求。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业测试相关经验；
- 熟悉Unity或UE引擎，有游戏编辑器或流程工具开发经验者优先考虑；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰表达技术方案并推动跨团队合作；
- 具备良好的问题分析与总结能力，能够沉淀和推广通用解决方案；
- 有服务意识，能够主动发现并解决研发流程中的痛点问题；
- 有通用大模型工具应用、Agent开发、prompt调优或模型微调经验者优先；
- 有不同类型游戏（如FPS、RPG、开放世界等）开发或测试经验者优先。
