## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏的关卡玩法、怪物设计等工作；
- 撰写策划方案，制作对应模式丢，跟进程序与美术等资源实现与优化；
- 根据数据反馈调整关卡数值，设计出符合玩家心流的玩法内容；
- 将关卡工具配置化，建设标准化工具提升效率。 Requirements 1.2年以上关卡策划经验，有Moba/卡牌/RPG经验优先，熟悉Unity引擎优先； 2.热爱游戏，玩过并精通多款网络游戏； 3.熟悉手游和小游戏市场，能够理解用户需求的周期性变化，并且准确的跟进执行； 4.具备良好的沟通能力、执行力、驱动力及较强的抗压能力。
