## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责定位视频号推荐工程性能瓶颈和提供系统性解决方案，包括但不限于召回、粗排、精排、重排、混排等；
- 负责牵引视频号推荐系统候选规模、模型参数规模ScalingUp，提高算力利用效率，降低推荐延迟；
- 负责视频号推荐工程团队agent的设计、开发、落地和优化。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，熟悉Linux OS，2年以上C++开发经验；
- 熟悉基本后台组件原理和具备实操经验，如redis/kv/docker等；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，熟练使用coding agent。
