It is a global game publisher offering a comprehensive network of services for games, development teams, and studios around the world. Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games. What the Role Entails The Tencent Games Global UA team provides user acquisition solutions to support the growth of Tencent’s in-house and second-party game studios in overseas markets. We work with game teams to operate and improve our in-house UA platform, apply data-driven insights to marketing decisions, and develop AI-native processes that improve operational efficiency and collaboration.- Support the operation of Tencent’s in-house UA platform and collaborate with overseas game studios on user acquisition and related marketing initiatives. - Apply AI capabilities to develop and improve internal operations and external collaboration workflows, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency. - Analyze advertising performance data and prepare UA reports to support campaign evaluation and decision-making. - Gather feedback from game studios and combine it with data analysis to identify product needs and recommend targeted product improvements. - Collaborate with product, operations, data, and engineering teams to support the planning and delivery of product enhancements. Who We Look For - Students pursuing a master’s degree or above. Marketing, business, computer science, data analytics, or related fields are preferred. - Strong interest in the gaming industry and familiarity with overseas game markets. - AI native, with the ability to apply AI tools to practical tasks and evaluate their outputs critically. - Strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly. - Interest in user acquisition and marketing technology, with a basic understanding of UA concepts. - Fluent in English and capable of using it as a working language. - Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
