## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责iOS&Mac输入法客户端产品需求技术方案设计与关键代码实现；跟进的技术评审与质量把控，识别并解决开发过程中的技术债务问题；

### 负责iOS&Mac质量与性能治理
- 构建代码质量与线上质量监控体系，主导性能优化、稳定性治理与体验提升，持续优化推理效率与资源消耗，提高产品的内建质量与可运维性；

### 业务赋能与工程 Harness 建设
- 支持公司内外部业务快速构建自己的 Agent 应用与工作流，沉淀 AI 编程范式（spec-driven / context engineering / harness）方法论与工具链；构建代码生成、测试、评测、发布的自动化 harness，把研发效能做成可复用的内部底座，让业务用 AI 高效驾驭大规模研发。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上iOS&Mac客户端研发经验；
- 扎实的objective-c/swift基础，深入理解runtime、runloop、多线程等机制；
- 具备良好的架构设计能力和技术判断力，能在高密度多任务并行场景下保持交付质量；
- 具备AI辅助研发工具使用经验，认同AI Native研发范式；
- 强烈的owner意识，具备优秀的跨团队协同沟通能力，有一定的抗压能力。
