## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责混元大模型游戏生成与理解能力的提升，从零到一构建高质量、可运行、可玩的游戏，持续探索大模型在游戏创作场景的能力边界；
- 主导多轮长程游戏迭代、程序化游戏内容生成（PCG）、游戏资产调度等关键技术的攻坚，沉淀可扩展、可复用的游戏生成技术体系；
- 覆盖从游戏生成 → 代码调优 → 交互优化的游戏开发全周期，端到端提升生成游戏的质量、可玩性与稳定性，充分释放基础模型的生成力；
- 搭建游戏生成的评测体系与数据闭环，以量化指标驱动模型与生成流水线的持续迭代；
- 与算法、工程、产品等团队紧密协作，推动游戏生成能力的产品化落地与应用验证。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，1年及以上大模型 / AI 相关研发经验；
- 具备扎实的深度学习与大模型基础，熟悉 Transformer、LLM、多模态生成、RL / RLHF 等主流技术，有大模型微调（SFT / RLHF）或 Agent 的工程落地经验；
- 熟练掌握 Python 与主流深度学习框架（PyTorch 等），具备较强的工程实现、性能调优与系统化落地能力；
- 对游戏开发全流程有基本理解（游戏引擎、程序化内容生成、渲染 / 交互），能独立完成从算法到可运行系统的闭环；
- 对 Gaming 感兴趣者优先，有游戏开发、游戏 AI、程序化内容生成（PCG）、游戏引擎使用经验者优先。
