## Job description

### 平台与生态协同运营
- 深度对接平台方、MCN机构与头部创作者，构建系统化的三方协同运营机制，拓展并维护外部生态合作体系，推动生态内容规模化传播；

### 策略与政策制定
- 主导制定创作者扶持政策与生态合作策略，评估政策效果并持续迭代优化，保障生态运营方向的科学性与执行落地；

### 共创优质内容
- 凭借强网感与内容洞察，与创作者深度共创游戏优质内容，策划内容方向，提升生态内容质量与传播影响力，助力新游口碑与信心建设。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，2年及以上游戏生态/内容运营经验，有成熟的平台、MCN及创作者协同运营经历，FPS品类经验优先；
- 具备对平台、MCN、创作者的强协同能力，善于整合多方资源落地合作项目，沟通与推进能力突出；
- 具备策略与政策的制定和把控能力，能通过数据复盘持续优化生态运营方向，以结果为导向；
- 网感强，内容理解力深，能与创作者共创高质量游戏内容，热爱枪战游戏，行业资源丰富者优先。
