## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责UE5下开放世界游戏的gameplay开发；
- 负责游戏核心业务系统的开发，包括角色3C、战斗、AI、载具、Ds网络等；
- 负责相关业务技术方案的规划、设计和实现。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏客户端开发经验，至少2年UE4开发经验，至少深度参与过一款游戏项目；
- 精通C++，熟练掌握数据结构、算法，注重编码质量和性能；
- 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能深入解决疑难技术问题；
- 熟练掌握UE底层架构、资源管理、数据驱动、导航、网络、动画、GAS系统，物理、脚本等相关知识；
- 责任心强，有较高的团队协作和任务跟进能力，善于沟通，使命必达；
- 热爱游戏，关注用户体验，懂得以螺旋上升的方式追求极致；
- 有3A游戏开发经验者优先。
