## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责WorkBuddy的生态合作运营，围绕金融、SaaS、法律、医疗及其他重点领域，持续引入和运营优质合作伙伴；
- 结合用户、合作伙伴及平台三方需求和目标，设计分层运营体系，制定准入规则、治理及运营规则、激励政策及权益体系；
- 深度理解重点行业运营模式，设计基于平台能力的合作方案，打造标杆案例并沉淀可复制的生态模式；

### 工作地可选择
- 深圳/北京/上海。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上平台生态、开发者/创作者生态、行业运营、平台运营相关经验，有0到1项目经验者优先；
- 具备较强的数据分析、行业研究和结构化思考能力，能够基于事实形成判断并推进落地；
- 具备较强的合作推进和项目管理能力；
- 有开放平台、电商、内容社区、应用市场、AI应用生态经验者优先；
- 有金融、SaaS、法律、医疗相关行业经验者优先。
