## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责配合创意总监制定项目规划和计划，跟进和推进项目进度，有效管理项目风险，并有效跟踪与推进，确保关键节点按时交付；
- 对接美术外包团队包括海外团队，进行商务谈判，制定美术外包计划，安排和验收其工作内容；
- 面试并筛选组建高级别的游戏3A级的团队，建立3A级游戏的制作流程；
- 负责项目资源的跨部门协调与组织，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作，高效沟通；
- 负责项目组的日常管理工作，明确成员分工与目标，建立高效透明的沟通机制，提升团队协作效率与战斗力；
- 及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，识别执行过程中的风险，并积极推动、协助制定解决方案；
- 作为项目接口人，高效协调美术、程序、策划、测试、运营等多部门工作，保障信息流畅通与目标一致。 Requirements
- 对游戏制作的各方面有深入了解，熟悉游戏开发过程与人员分工、合作细节；
- 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，可理性拆解工作中的问题难点，擅于思考与总结；
- 具备至少8年的团队管理或领导经验，拥有出色的团队协调、激励和沟通能力，能承受较强的工作压力；
- 具备大型MMO或开放世界等复杂游戏类型的项目管理经验者优先。
