## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 AI 工具与资产处理链路的设计、工程实现和持续优化；
- 建设面向实际业务任务的能力评测体系，完成指标设计、测试集建设、技术选型与效果验证；
- 负责不同技术能力的接入、前后处理、参数配置、异常恢复和质量控制；
- 参与游戏资产规格、数据结构和工程交付协议的设计，提升上下游协作效率；
- 完成相关资产和工具在游戏运行环境中的验证，并根据实际问题持续优化处理链路；
- 推动 AI 能力与现有平台、工作流及游戏研发流程的稳定集成。 Requirements 1.5 年以上研发经验，具备游戏工具链、引擎中台、技术美术研发或游戏资产平台相关经历； 2.具备 AI 原生产品实战，主导或深度参与过视觉模型或生成式 AI 工具从能力验证到产品上线的完整过程； 3.熟悉分割、抠图与透明化、超分、深度估计、姿态与骨骼估计等视觉能力，能够判断主流方案的适用场景和失效边界； 4.具备模型评测、技术选型和 Pipeline 编排能力，能设计测试集与指标，并处理前后处理、失败恢复和质量控制； 5.熟悉游戏资产生产与交付流程，理解 2D / 3D 资产、动画、界面、地图、材质等内容进入游戏工程时的关键规格； 6.具备较强的架构和产品化能力，能够将技术能力封装成稳定、可配置、可复用的生产工具，并独立推动完整交付。
