## Job description

### 特效资源制作
- 在资深同事的指导下，负责游戏内战斗特效或过场特效的具体制作与资源输出，并按要求完成修改；

### 外包日常配合
- 协助跟进外包特效的进度与基础质量检查，协助整理反馈文档，确保资源顺利入库；

### 跨部门协同落地
- 与策划、程序配合，将制作好的特效导入引擎并调试至可用状态，跟进修复基础表现问题。 Requirements
- 具备1-3年特效设计经验，有游戏/影视/动画行业相关特效实践或项目经验者优先；
- 对战斗打击感有初步理解，或对镜头叙事有基本审美兴趣，或有个人作品集（课堂作业、毕业设计、个人练习均可）展示特效创作能力；
- 熟悉Unity或UE引擎中至少一种的特效制作基础流程，如粒子系统、序列帧等；
- 能熟练使用After Effects、Photoshop等2D辅助工具，或3ds Max、Maya等基础建模/动画软件；
- 具备一定的美术基础，对色彩、光影、节奏有基本感知，美术类相关专业优先（非相关专业但作品优秀者可放宽）；
- 学习主动性强，乐于接受反馈并快速改进，沟通顺畅，责任心强，能适应团队协作节奏。
