## Job description

### 资产可见性与分发策略
- 定义生态资产在企业版市场的可见、可试用与可采购规则，并维护其在公有云 SaaS、VPC、私有化等部署形态下的可用性；企业采购前必须看到的合规披露信息同样由你定义；

### 选购与采购链路
- 设计从选型、试用、内部审批到合同开通的完整采购链路，兼容企业统采领用与部门自采归集两种模式；

### 授权与计费模型
- 设计授权形态的计价、分配与闲置回收规则，与对公结算、开票、预算扣减打通，并覆盖续费提醒与退订；

### 交付与验收（本岗位重心）
- 设计从资产开通到生产可用的交付流程，并向企业侧暴露交付进度与卡点；私有化与 VPC 场景的离线交付方案同样由你负责；

### 企业资产运营
- 建设企业资产台账与使用健康度体系，识别低效使用与到期风险，驱动 ISV 介入及续费增购。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5 年以上产品经验，其中至少 2 年 B2B 交易市场 / 云市场 / 企业采购 SaaS 类产品经验；
- 理解企业采购决策链，能同时回应使用部门、IT 与安全、采购、财务四类角色的不同顾虑；
- 有交付或实施侧的产品经验——做过开通、部署、验收，而非只有下单前链路；
- 熟悉授权与 License 模型（License / 席位 / 并发 / 按量），能设计其计价逻辑与分配规则；
- 优秀的跨团队推动能力，能与 ISV、销售、客户成功、安全合规多方对齐交付状态与责任边界。
