## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内战斗系统的设计与优化，包括但不限于核心角色战斗设计，战斗机制、表现优化等；
- 能够与系统、数值、怪物、副本等各模块同学沟通合作，对接需求设计、落地与优化，并为最终体验负责；
- 能深入理解游戏的战斗管线、工具优化等开发环节，提供优化建议方案，提高开发效率及易用性。 Requirements
- 有三年以上MMO、ACT类战斗策划工作经验，有成功上线项目开发经历优先；
- 对UE蓝图、技能逻辑与表现、行为树AI等有深入的使用经验；
- 多角色玩法设计、动作技巧、多人配合性设计等核心战斗体验有较深的认识及较高的要求；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力、良好的沟通能力和优秀的用户体验分析能力；
- 热爱游戏，在游戏阅历上具备较好的深度和广度，尤其是高品质ACT及现代MMO类游戏。
