## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合游戏平台业务垂直场景，负责深度学习和大语言模型的训练精调、调优及部署，及智能体Agent开发；
- 参与大规模平台用户行为数据集的ETL及特征工程，构建高效数据流水线，落地到用户画像体系并服务到线上AI应用；
- 跟踪和研究前沿AI技术（如LLM、VLM、SFT、DPO、RAG、MCP等），推动技术落地业务发挥价值；
- 与技术团队协作，优化算法模型和服务性能，满足产品AI价值落地要求。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、人工智能或数学专业硕士及以上学历，1-3年机器学习或深度学习、LLM/VLM相关开发经验，熟悉经典模型和优化算法；
- 扎实的机器学习基础和LLM底层核心架构；
- 具备一定大语言模型应用的模型微调和优化经验，如幻觉问题解决思路提炼和有效落地；
- 熟悉Linux开发环境和Python语言，了解PyTorch/TensorFlow框架；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰表达复杂技术概念，具备解决复杂问题的能力，善于创新思考；
- 喜欢游戏并具备一定游戏经验。
