## Job description

### 活动策划与执行
- 独立设计司内专家相关活动方案（线上分享 / 线下沙龙 / 评选表彰等），完成主题策划、流程设计、物料准备、现场执行与事后复盘；

### 社群运营
- 负责专家社群的日常运营，包括群活跃维护、内容推送、话题互动、问题答疑与氛围营造，提升社群黏性与专家归属感；

### 礼品维护
- 根据活动与运营节点采买礼品，管理礼品库存与预算，完成分发、签收与台账登记，做到账实相符、有据可查。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；市场营销、传播学、心理学、管理学相关专业优先；

### 经验要求
- 1–3 年运营相关经验；有社群运营、活动策划、用户运营或内部运营经验者优先；

### 核心素质
- 责任心强、执行力强，能把事情「落实」到位，注重细节与闭环，不丢项、不漏项；

### 沟通协作
- 沟通协调能力强，有热情、有耐心；

### 工具技能
- 熟练使用办公软件和AI/agent工具。
