## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击类游戏内武器相关特效统筹把控（包括高中阶商业化武器的局外演绎和局内表现，及玩法所需相关的武器特效表现）；
- 局部制作结合指导和审核内部/外包的特效资源；
- 积累/共享特效设计经验，编写/更新武器规范文档并培养提升内部/外包。 Requirements 1.5年以上特效设计工作经验； 2.有较好美术知识储备（图形色彩，设计思维）； 3.熟悉UE中的cascade工具，并具有一定shader知识和优化经验，有Houdini经验更佳；
- 热爱游戏，对工作热情主动，具有良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧。
