## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与游戏的干员、赛季或其他重要文案内容的设计与创作，负责制订落地方案并跟进实施；
- 负责游戏核心系统和玩法，如商业化、活动、关卡玩法等内容的设计与包装，确保具有高品质的内容表达；
- 建立维护文案设计和制作的生产管线，确保产出的各项内容符合世界观表达与高质要求；
- 协助其他团队完成市场、运营等方面的文案需求，提升整体项目的文案质量和用户体验。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，有成熟上线的内容型项目经验；
- 了解熟悉射击游戏，具有较好的审美与文字功底，能够把握当下用户对于叙事与视觉的需求；
- 熟练掌握UE配置、资源管理、版本效果提升等内容者优先；
- 具有良好的英文交流能力，具有国际化视野的优先；
- 具有良好的团队合作意识和学习能力，沟通能力优秀，具有较强的责任心。
