## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与腾讯游戏AI的算法研究和应用，包括但不限于强化学习、模仿学习、元学习等，结合游戏场景，提供技术解决方案；
- 强化学习算法应用效果优化，提高强化学习效率和效果，结合游戏场景进行应用；
- 前沿技术的探索，推进强化学习技术在业务场景的应用。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业，硕士及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
- 对机器学习、强化学习、深度学习等算法原理及其在互联网行业的应用有深入的理解和浓厚的兴趣，在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、AAAI等顶会发表论文者优先；（不限强化学习经验，属机器学习大类即可）；
- 基础扎实，编码过关，熟悉常用的算法和数据结构，熟练掌握C/C++、go、Python等至少一门编程语言，具备较强动手和快速学习能力，能够应用TF、PyTorch等主流框架实现模型搭建与算法调优；
- 对于游戏AI技术研究探索和应用有浓厚兴趣的同学优先。
