## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责设计游戏中的战斗系统，包括但不限于战斗流程、战斗相关系统、武器（射击&近战）与装备、角色属性等，以确保游戏战斗的深度和多样性；
- 编写详尽的游戏战斗机制文档，描述战斗系统的设计思路、机制和实现方法，并持续与设计团队充分讨论迭代完善；
- 追求极致&创新思维。持续了解业内顶尖产品，将优秀的设计理念和品质，特性融入产品设计。持续迭代整体战斗表现效果、战斗体验达到3a水准；
- 与团队内部策划、开发、美术和音频团队紧密合作，共同达成交付目标。 Requirements
- 拥有三年以上战斗策划经验，角色3c，技能，枪械，敌人ai模块等至少有一块从0到1参与完整制作；
- 热爱开放世界，3a游戏，有较多相关游戏经历者加分；
- 有在虚幻引擎中进行游戏开发的经验，熟悉该引擎的特性和工具集，能够高效地使用虚幻引擎进行战斗系统的搭建和优化；
- 有制定战斗系统标准和规范的能力，能够准确识别游戏战斗中的优缺点，提出具体改进方案，并确保所有战斗设计都符合项目的品质标准；
- 深刻理解游戏战斗机制和系统，熟悉不同游戏类型中的战斗设计。熟练使用常见的游戏编辑器和策划工具；
- 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够清晰表达设计思想，与不同团队成员有效合作。
