## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责海外社媒达人招募挖掘、签约、管理和运营工作；
- 熟悉KOL/KOC生态搭建与培养，审核达人创意脚本，分游戏类型制定内容营销方案；
- 对创作者进行日常管理与维护，负责维持创作者与产品间的反馈渠道和沟通机制；
- 针对行业热点或者竞品动向进行监控调研，提取捕捉趋势方向，迭代营销策略；
- 维护长期合作关系，建立并维护良好的创作者社区氛围，维护产品再行业捏的口碑。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1年或以上互联网用户运营、海外创作者运营经验者优先；
- 逻辑思维好、目标导向、执行力强，具备良好的数据分析能力和表达沟通能力；
- 喜欢玩fps游戏或者泛娱乐产品，资深海外游戏玩家优先；
- 良好的英语书面能力，英语可作为工作语言，俄语、西语等小语种优先；
- 熟悉海外社交社媒平台优先。
